Saturday, August 29^th:

Free Chiropractic Day (10AM-1PM)

Dr. Antonio Marotta, D.C., will be here giving free chiropractic advice and performing trigger point analysis. A trigger point analysis consists of locating areas in your muscles which are tense. These areas may or may not be causing your pain, but can be causing or contributing to a health problem. When one of these “trigger points” is located it will be treated with gentle pressure and massage to relax the muscle and reduce pain, tightness, soreness, and tenderness. This type of therapy assists in relieving tension in your shoulders, headaches/migraines, low back pain and more. Hosted by the Foundation for Wellness Professionals.

Free Tea Tasting Day! (10AM-9PM)
